Ramair filters are manufactured to high standards and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and first user of the product only and remains valid for the usable lifetime of the filter, provided it has been installed, used and maintained correctly.
The warranty covers defects arising from the materials or manufacturing of the filter. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, improper cleaning or maintenance, modifications, damage caused by external components, or use outside the product's intended application.
As the warranty is linked to the original purchaser, we are unable to accept warranty claims for products purchased second-hand, transferred between owners, or where proof of original purchase cannot reasonably be provided.
If you believe your Ramair filter has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase, product details and photographs showing the issue. Our team will assess the claim and, where the product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of the warranty, arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
This limited lifetime warranty applies specifically to manufacturing defects and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
